Linoleum is a floor covering made from linseed oil and cork wood. These days it is still made in small quantities for artists, householders preferring vinyl for their kitchens, but that is not so suitable for making prints from. The blocks are cut with bold and expressive incisions that suit modern styles and being easy to make and print, they have many attractive qualities.
